Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right — at no extra charge. We stand behind every job we do.

Booking & Scheduling

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your life — including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation with your scheduled date and time. We arrive on time, every time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.

Access & Entry

To complete your clean, we'll need access to your property at the scheduled time. Please ensure someone is available to let us in, or make arrangements for key access in advance. We treat every property with the utmost respect and care.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service. We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. For recurring clients, we offer convenient monthly billing. All pricing is agreed upon before work begins — no hidden fees, ever.

Health & Safety

We use professional-grade, safe cleaning products. If you have specific allergies, sensitivities, or preferences regarding cleaning products, please let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate. Our team follows all health and safety guidelines.

Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and the security of your home or business. All team members are vetted and trustworthy. We never share your personal information with third parties. Any keys or access codes provided are kept strictly confidential.
